Patty Messer

I started my yoga journey after the birth of my son 27 years ago. I completed training through Yoga Fit and started teaching 18 years ago. I absolutely love yoga for strength training as you tap into your breath and close out the rest of your world for the hour class. Join me as we flow through and breath with every asana.

Nicole Dreyer

I've been teaching yoga and a variety of group fitness classes since 2010. I received my 200 hour YTT from SWIHA, and a group fitness certification from AFAA. My love for yoga began when I started practicing in 2007 and realized the powerful impact it had on my mental health, as well as my physical health. I love leading others in this amazing practice. I enjoy sharing the benefits of having a positive mindset, practicing meditation, and nourishing your body daily through movement and nutrition. I teach a power flow style class, which is my favorite, but I enjoy all styles of yoga.

Jeff Jefferies

I loved being part of this community so much that I recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on Vinyasa and Hatha yoga so that I can share the transformative benefits of yoga with you. I am an outdoor explorer and love the sense of adventure, freedom, and grounding I find in my activities. Yoga helps to keep me ready for whatever life brings. I strive to create a space where students of all levels can find strength, balance, and peace through movement, breath and tuning into their bodies. I want my students to feel the yoga of flowing with life, embracing the present, and taking the chance to explore and be curious.

Ericah Edwards

I began my yoga journey a little over seven years ago, during a big transition in my life. Along the way, I’ve practiced many styles of yoga, and I completed my training in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. Both yoga and my work as a school psychologist keep my bucket full—they keep me grounded, inspired, and connected to what matters most. Outside of the studio, I fill my bucket with my work as a school psychologist. I also love to cook, explore new places, and spend time with my family and pets.

Connie Kamasho

Connie’s Zumba journey began in 2011. What started as a fun workout quickly became a powerful transformation — helping her grow from a shy, introverted participant into the confident “Front Row Diva” she is today. Inspired by the friendships she built and the joy she experienced, Connie chose to become a certified Zumba instructor so she could motivate others to feel that same confidence, freedom, and connection through movement. Her classes are beginner-friendly, upbeat, and full of fun. When she’s not dancing, Connie is embracing her inner Zumba weirdo with creative outfit choices, hiking Arizona mountains, running muddy obstacle races, and discovering her unexpected love for running.
