Studio Policies & Etiquette
Reservation
Participants are highly encouraged to reserve their spot in advance through our online booking system.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time to allow for check-in at the front and settling in and preparing your space.
Late Arrival
Latecomers may not be permitted to enter the class after a certain point to avoid disruption. Please understand the importance of punctuality for the overall class experience.
Check-In
Upon arrival, our staff will greet you and assist with the check-in process.
Class Access
Once checked in, you’ll receive any necessary equipment or instructions regarding the class location and setup.
Keep It Tidy
Place shoes in cubbies unless you’re doing zumba. All other classes are barefoot or practiced with barre socks. After class, return your props and leave your space clean.
Get Unplugged
Please mute your devices and leave cell phones outside of the studio.
Let Us Know
Please inform the staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or special needs before the class begins.
Embrace The Quiet
The atmosphere before yoga classes is quiet and meditative. Please be mindful of this and keep loud conversations outside of the studio.
Stay Until The End
If you must leave class early, inform your instructor beforehand and exit the room quietly before Savasana starts (for yoga classes).
Cancelling Your Reservation
Signing up for classes online is a service that we are happy to provide. When you reserve your spot online and don’t show up or cancel last minute, it takes a spot from someone who could have attended class.
- When you sign up for class online, you’ll be able to cancel with no penalty up to 1 hour before class starts. (Note: If you’re signed up on the waitlist and no longer want to attend, you’ll also need to cancel your reservation)
- If you paid for class with a drop-in, class pack or limited membership and no-show or cancel less than 1 hour before class starts, you will lose your class with no refund.
- If you have an unlimited membership and you no-show or cancel less than an hour before class starts, you will be charged an $8 late cancellation/no show fee ONLY IF we were full online and are unable to fill your spot as a result of your late-cancellation.

Refunds
All class and membership sales are final and non-refundable. You may return merchandise within 30 days if it is defective OR unused and still in its original packaging. All sales on clearance items are final.
