This was my first experience doing Yoga

This was my first experience doing Yoga. The instructor Patty was clear to how to do the postions (since I was without a clue). I have to admit, I don’t think I have ever sweat so much in my life, but the background music and smell was relaxing. My daughter wants to try a class for beginners too.
